From the first conversation, Giovanni explained everything clearly, talked me through the whole process, and what would be needed — including a new engine. I was kept informed every step of the way.
When it became clear the clutch was on its way out, I got a quick phone call explaining why it made sense to replace it now rather than later. I was only charged for the parts, as the engine was already being changed — no extra labour added, which I really appreciated.
